Only deal I encounter is both party meet at bank,
Both parties will go to counter/atm to draw cash( prevent counterfeit money.)

The cash will be held by the buyer,the cash draw amount receipt will be show to seller.

Seller will transfer cash to buyer's
China/WeChat/alipay account.
Buyer pass the untampered cash to seller.

I only see annoymous deal mostly in scam.
Or Bitcoin transfer .

Answer those who tell u to make transfer first without any meet up.

We will judge whether is it worth risk for the 1-2% compare to bank rate.

Eg go into dbs bank internet banking and make oversea transfer.
Today rate around 4.9+

MONEY-CHANGING AND REMITTANCE BUSINESSES ACT

Section 5:

5.—(1) No person shall carry on or advertise that he carries on money-changing business unless he is in possession of a valid money-changer’s licence.

(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $100,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a fine not exceeding $10,000 for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.
