I hope CNY the Mods/Admin will pancan a bit....
Not issue points for minor stuff and grant an amnesty (say minus 3 points) for those with points or on suspensions.

Only take action on the most egregious stuff..

Usual suspects actually creating threads over here to beg mods to be softer on them so that they can continue their forum nuisance.
