I wouldn't even try going out of the door during CNY.......all taiwanese people be flooding every inch of land south of taipei, and chinese tourists will be flooding in Taipei. if really want to go south, do like the the 2nd to the 5th, cuz on 2nd everyone going home is home, on the 5th everyone going back to work has left the night of the 4th already.
