Code Error 43 in Device Manager

I was trying to update the drivers for my gfx card when something screwed up. Now device manager has reported that Windows has disabled the device with an error code 43.
I've tried uninstalling from device manager & scan for new hardware but that didn't fix the issue.
I've tried updating the drivers again but that didn't work either.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Sorry I am a n00b when it comes to this sort of stuff. Can't be the mobo or other hardware as everything was working fine and the problem only came about when I was installing new drivers.
