LTA is unfair. Honestly, motorcycle takes up very little space. Why reduce the quota. Traffic jam is usually cause by cars and lorries. Motorcycles can easily zoom pass. But the scholars brain is twisted. So they cannot think.
if you can see thru the scholars elitist rules and implementation are always towards the rich and money making.
then you will understand why motorcycle quota is being reduced at a 10%(new revised) rate.
as the 10% of deregistered quota goes to the Cat.E, it can generate more $$$$ for the authority.
scholars have KPIs.....its the easy solution to boost their own bonus!!
the motorcyclist are mostly poor and non-elites, so no voice to protest and highlight it to the scholars.
As a fact, due to the 10% reduction rate, there will come a time in future where motorcycle cease to exist on singapore road. Which idiots set this rule ought to be shot, for setting this stoopiak situation......which is now apparently causing the limited bike COE to shoot up to $4000++.
