either you use the $7000 to get the COE to own a bike to sian the girls.
or buy a $7000 Rolex to entice the girls....

Both achieve the same end game on bed.

The cost of a COE in Category A – cars which are 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130 bhp – was S$68,589, up from S$67,601 two weeks ago.

The premium for Category B - for larger and more powerful cars - was S$77,600, down from S$78,001.

Open category COEs, which can be used for any vehicle type but which end up being used mainly for large cars, closed lower at S$78,004, from S$79,500.

COEs for commercial vehicles closed at S$50,098, down from S$53,001 in the previous bidding exercise.

For motorcycles, the premium dropped to S$6,512, from S$6,801.
