COE up or down?

I know is still early to say. As for now 1518 hr. The coe result bidding is still remain zero for both cat. Usually a rise of coe prices will break the zero by 2pm. It seem coe price might not increasing much even after motor show.

Can have lot of grey zones with regards to PI's 4 guaranteed bids wor.

Just hope am thinking too deep thou.

I don't think the PI is so good to consider as a bidding. By not bidding after taking the booking deposit is already quite unethical in business deal

It was the promotion deal with 6 non-guarantee bids yet they got it through..

Maybe those PI feel the coe will go lower so keep delaying lo.
