I was looking to open an account last week and explored coinhako, binance sg & zipmex.
Only zipmex has an office address and their live chat bot is working fine even during weekends.

I would say Binance SG website looks terrible and not informative. So, i strike them off the list.

Coinhako website quite ok and I actually wanted to sign up with them to try out although their fees are higher.

Don't worry, it's pretty normal, Coinhako usually took a whole week when I withdrew my cash in the past. I'd assume there will be more delays now that trading volume is so high.

For everyone update. I got my withdrawal but the withdrawal is not automated.

Although there is a support to reach me. But I am unable to reach out to the support directly other than opening a ticket.

Anyone has tried big withdrawl from coinhaiko in the amount of 5 or even bigger figure.
I read the review of coinhaiko and it was very extremely terrible. Alot complain internet hang and no support response and money withdraw problem.
I just deposit $50 and it was instant. I tried coin because it has doge. Now Abit regret. I thought of buy $1000 doge and maybe check it again afew 5 years. Seem like I need to find a better platform. Binance don't have doge...

I deposit 3 time of $50 each using bank transfer. However, the fourth time got an error.
"We are unable to process this request. Your account is undergoing an internal risk procedure."
I send email to xfers and coinhaiko. Is it common error. Don't tell me Everytime deposit got such problem.
