Coinhako need some help

Anyone has tried big withdrawl from coinhaiko in the amount of 5 or even bigger figure.
I read the review of coinhaiko and it was very extremely terrible. Alot complain internet hang and no support response and money withdraw problem.
I just deposit $50 and it was instant. I tried coin because it has doge. Now Abit regret. I thought of buy $1000 doge and maybe check it again afew 5 years. Seem like I need to find a better platform. Binance don't have doge...

just use them to buy ur coins only then transfer them out to some private wallet

Coinhako is terrible, use something like binance sg or gemini or liquid instead

I normally trade forex. First time into these kind of platform. I request deposit from xfers. Then from bank fast transfer. It was smooth and fast from first 3 deposit. I was just averaging my dogecoin for fun. Initially I though just deposit $1000 and buy dogecoin for gamble. Then on my 4 attempt to deposit got error. What's wrong with multiple deposit. That's pretty ****up exchange if I may say

i used cc to buy the coins without any issue. need to take note is they charge 1% for every transaction.

when will they deduct the processing fee? if you buy $1000 and the processing fee is $10. you deposit $1010 into coinhako?

They deduct from the balance, if not enough balance they just change your order to 99% instead.
