Zig app turns to sh it sometime in mid Mar this year when the app dun register
TMFT as a single location. It turns into taxi stand, open carpark, departure for
start location.
Only taxi stand can work but it cant be saved.
Knn, for end location is ok. Only start location is an issue.
Who changed this? Siao si bo?

Complain already, they jitao ignore me.
Ok then, I dun use the app liao.

My neighbour is comfort driver say like no business like that.
I tell him the appt really f up, he has to tell he company about.
Not sure if he did.
He say sometimes apps didnt prompt him, despite got person standing
at taxi stand. Only call in works - very jialat even for drivers.

Call in works but App doesn't ? There was once i called in and was told no taxi available. But when I used the app instsed, iirc I did get one.
Btw App has PHV as well . Does call in have?

I think allowed to cancel without penalty x times per month . X = 4 I think

Recently, I zig for a ride . Someone else also did so after I did ( her sister was still at dining table and waiting for her : to get back from toilet, I think, when I walked out to the pickup up point. ) Sister booked after that and got her taxi . I didn't . I took her ride with them, later took the taxi home. I had cancelled with Zig almost 20 minutes after I had tried to get a ride . Still no taxi/ car assigned . I had 3 cancelled in a row. In between , I had to wait for another driver ( and got cancelled again).

Alamak. I reach destination and rush do my stuff and forgot I never cancel.

Now recall open app then the ride task is still ongoing... And there is no option to cancel it liao

CDG damn lousy, PDPA doesn't apply to CDG. the driver can even call me on my real phone number unlike Grab which use number masking.
