Hi guys, i have not been following tech news for over 2 years and decided to do a partial overhaul. COmment of the parts in i wish to get? thanks

Use: Gaming video watching and hardcore music listening.

Gigabyte GA-z170m-d3h or mx gaming 5 + i6600k
Corsair vengence ddr4 lpx 2400mhz 2x8gig
Palit gtx970 jetstream

all in a bitfenix progidy m case.

going for a mini itx setup any comments on improvements are much obliged.

You want mini itx or mini atx currently now your board is m atx.

I think avoid unlocked chips if going for mini itx...

PSU? Hard drive? SSD? The 6600k no cooler so must buy aftermarket

Just get the correct mini itx board u want then you are good to go.

BitFenix Prodigy is not the chassis to look for if you are going petite. And CPU overclocking is more of a fun thing nowadays than for practical gain (if any).

apologies i meant matx i was contemplating the 250d but... it cant fit 5x 3.5" hdds

i dont mind going for broadwell i can save on changing rams too lol
