Hi ladies/gentlemen of hwc!
After much consideration and tips from other users, I have come up with this list of PC components that I intend to build for gaming and multitasking.
Most likely playing dota 2, bf 4, cod and fifa etc! Not looking to maximize graphics performance but more of reliability, durability and lag-free usage as I want it to last me for the next 4-5 years or so!!
As such, do provide tips/ suggestions on where to get them at a cheaper price if any. Thank you a lot!!!!

Crucial 8gb ddr3 ~ $100
Crucial mx100 256gb ssd ~ $155
Wd blue 1tb ~ $67
