GTX770
HyperX FURY 8GB RAM
120G SSD

If you are using non-K CPU, you don't really need Z97 MB.

What is the purpose of the rig? If it is for gaming there is no need a i7 processor, i5 will do. If you are planning over clock get the processor with k if not you no need the Z motherboard. B and H motherboard will do

What is the purpose of the rig. By the looks of it, it seems like you are paying premium products.
