Hi all, I'm new to building my desktop and is looking to build with the following components. I mainly do rendering and a little into gaming, mainly dota and Guild Wars 2.

Actually a 390x is better for rendering in my opinion unless u need cuda. then 980ti liao lol.

Actually, im using v-ray rendering for rhinoceros which uses cpu for rendering.

Yea. Its a little pricey. Im wondering whr i should cut down a little. Was hoping to keeping it below 2.2K at least.

Super Flower and Sharkoon are less well-known but they are no slouch in terms of quality delivered. Sharkoon is a German brand. Do check out reviews of Super Flower PSU. You'll be very surprised.

Just wanna ask. Which components wld affect my rendering (Vray software for Rhinoceros: CPU rendering)?

Would changing it to a Z97 w a intel i7 4790k have significant drop in performance?

I was hoping for a few comments on my choices for parts as this my first time building a PC. One other change is that i found out that my software can use GPU to render (tho im still figuring out how it works.)
