A couple of suggestion:

Replace the NXZT case to a Tecware Nova M3

For ram, get the DDR 4 3000

The cost you saved from the casing (around $60) can be use to upgrade your GPU to a GTX 1070. A second hand GTX 1070 with warranty should be around $260-270.

HP EX900 M.2 500GB PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe 3D TLC NAND Internal SSD - $90

Hi prices here are a rough estimate. They amount to $900+. What do you guys think? this will be my first build. Any suggestions or ways to further reduce price? thanks!

the only main difference is physical size and pcie slots nia. sumore matx cheaper.
spend less on mobo and case, can use to upgrade other parts

ya i don’t mind building mAtx also...but are there any things i really lose out by doing so?

Your setup don't have a sound card/sound chip and speaker. I have a creative gigaworks T40 series 2 speaker, min asking price is $50. PM me if you're interested.

His mobo have integrated soundcard and he surely have free earpiece from his phone purchase. Stop trying to sell your stuff here. Go to marketplace or carousell.

Tecware case aint well designed, most like copy from here and there. If want cheap, can consider fractal design focus g.
