Comments on Render Slave Build

Hi,

Im thinking of buying the cheap E5-2670 CPU as a render slave.

CPU: 2x Xeon E5-2670
Mobo: GA-7PXSL1

Case: Sliverstone GD09

Because im new to server mobos, can anyone pls comment on my selection and recommend the remaining parts like RAM and PSU?
