If want keep cost low, can change mb to asrock b450m pro4
Originally was also going to get Arock B450 Pro 4 but saw guys recommend tomhawk max. I will get B450 instead of B450M because I want the type C port. Alright! That's $30 saved. Anymore parts to cut to keep cost lower?

Normally used cpu can last very long, so just get the cheapest 2600 maybe

Go for AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with integraded Vega 11 greaphics as the R5 230 Graphic card is based on Radeon 6 series which is rather old.
Alternate you can consider Intel pre-build PC.

B450M has 1 type C port at the back also. Not sure if B450 has more.

You need to change the cpu cooler also. The wraith stealth cannot handle heavy loads and editing will stress the cpu. You can use that $30 you saved to get a good cheap air cooler like Hyper 212 or Gammaxx GTE

Any reason you going for the BEQuiet case? Can save some $$ by getting a cheaper case with front mesh. That should save you $30+? Tecware Nexus Evo comes with 3 case fans instead of Bequiet 2 fans. Of course BeQuiet fans are awesome but 1 additoinal fan on the tecware would be useful also.

You can also save $20 if you go for 80+ 500 watt PSU from EVGA or FSP.

Most importantly, lazada sale starts tonight. you can save more $$$ by buying during sale. lol

Edit: Oh, also consider getting an m.2 SATA. B450 has one m.2 SATA slot, apart from the NVME slot. Use that as your work harddisk. Use the HDD as storage for raw footage and finished videos. This way, you dont over tax your HDD and NVME. If crash happen, you dont lose everything.
