Recently my comp have been dieing on me.

I normally on my computer 24/7, and sometimes when i wake up , i will notice that my comp is offed. It has already happened twice this week.
There was also once which was the most recent incident where i was around to witness it. It happened while the computer was just running itunes, playing music, and it just died on me.

Im not sure how will i go about narrowing down on what is causing this failure.
Temperature checked, they are normal, fans are spinning, so doesnt seem to be a case of overheating...? GPU 33degree, 44degree cpu.
hmmmmmmmm......
help ...

Never on sleep mode, comp is fully awake always, just monitor off if not in use... Never check action centre yet , it's found at system tray??

Got check reliability monitor from action center?

"The previous system shutdown at 1:55:51 AM on ‎4/‎29/‎2013 was unexpected."

i just found the reliability monitor, realized 6 of these happened in the past 2 weeks, all same kind of error message.

Will try changing PSU ...
might be a possibility since my this PSU is bout 6 years + old hmm.
