comp freezes

i just built my pc...

but however everytime im surfing e net or sth the comp suddenly freezes like for 30sec...

whats wrong

Drivers up-to-date?
Esp the graphics driver, seen some people with freezing problems also cause of driver issues (but nvidia though)

ran memtest86 with 4pass 0 errors..
hope it doesnt freeze

next time after these "Freezes", check your task manager and note the cpu usage and also the temperature after the freeze.
also helpful if you check your gpu as well, u can use a tool called gpu-z
