Hi,

Any recommendations for a compact full sized mechanical keyboard, such as the HyperX Alloy FPS, but without the bright lights?

for compact full size, best bet is a 96% lay out like ZZ96/RS96 or the recent Kono KIRA

otherwise if you are looking at conventional style, compact full size is an oxymoron

I'm using Cherry G84-5200 but you might not like the smaller keycaps and compressed layout. Plus it's not exactly suitable for competitive gaming.

Where can I see this IRL, or do you have pictures that show what you mean?

You can view it at tecdrome sls, on first look it seems like some part of the letters and alphabets were chipped off. In fact it is the font :s22:.

Look like bad molding :s22:

Using one now and I realise that too lol

But for the price, I can't compare it with the likes of Corsair, Logitech and others, which cost so much more lol. As a work keyboard, as long functional and works well will do. Better than those 5 bucks membrane keyboard company provide :s22:

Currently using Tecware Phantom as well, considering it costs much less than Logitech/Razer etc, quite good la.

Currently at shopee $49/59 for tenkeyless/full versions. Pretty good pricing, if not wait 11.11 lor.

The next cheapest one I saw is $99 Logitech G610 on Lazada

Thanks. Actually, I don't really mind the alphabets since I'm a touch typist so seldom look at the keys, The feel is more important to me.

Just a question - do the key caps drop off easily?

Can consider Logitech G413. Even backlighting and the light does not show through the bottom of the key caps.
