Hi Everybody,
I am trying to build a small video streamer using a Beagle Bone Black board.
The uname -a returns the following string on Beagle Bone (to know what software it is running:
I am planning to use Starhub's 4G using their Huawei E3276 modem
Specs of the modem, according to Starhub:
- Plug & Play, easy to install
- Support LTE / DC-HSPA+
- Download speed up to 150Mbps
- Upload speed up to 50Mbps
- Dimension 92mm x 32mm x 14mm
- MicroSD card slot
- Supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Wndows 7, MAC OS X 10.5, 10.6 and 10.7
The specification doesn't say that it will be compatible with Linux, while the Beagle Bone uses a Linux version.
Can anybody pleass help me knowing if these two (Above beagle bone and the Huawei modem) will be compatible with each other?
Thanks in advance!
