depends on the games u playing. would prefer if it stays @70 degree or below, 50 degree even better.

I would suggest you ram full power for intake while adjust exhaust via pwm. If auto, the fan will see the Temps of your cpu.

I read somewhere there's a way to link pwm controlled fan with gpu as well. Meaning when gpu temps increasing (more often than Cpu during gaming) the exhaust fan also starting to go faster. This way more effective imo. Also your intake fans need to be stronger a bit than your exhaust fans.

Eh. U know the 120mm fan I posted right. There's only the power cable to attached to the psu power cable. And doesn't have the 3 pin to attach the to casing fan controller.

So in this case how am I able to control the fan speed through the fan controller in the front panel. I tested for one fan that comes with the casing has the 3 pin which I attached and can be controlled.

Then the back and the top fan (1 each) is taking the air to outwards of the casing. Am I doing it correctly?

And hopefully I did it correctly by placing the correct side. Lol.

Your front fan plug to molex connector from psu instead of plugging the small 3 pin into motherboard. Your motherboard have 2 system fan connectors. Connect your exhaust fans to them.

When you buy fans, get those with airflow around 50-60 max cfm. Cooler Master sickleflow is not bad imo but I'm insensitive to system noise so don't take my word for granted. Research on one that you like then buy it.

I'm not referring to the Mobo 3 pin.

I'm saying that this casing has front panel fan controller where it has 3 x 3pin to connect to fans.

I have 3 x 120mm fan now. Only one comes with the 3pin. The other two only have the power cable without the 3pin.

My front and top fan is currently plugged to psu. the back is plugged to 3 pin connected to the front panel and iirc the PSU also. Hence. Now if I use the front panel fan controller to adjust the speed. Only the back fan will be adjusted.

Thanks for clarifying.

Maybe move the one with 3 pin to the top for exhaust. And that's about it.

Or like ragnarok95 said, test a few different config and check the Temps to see which one suits your case best

Okay. But wanna check that does fan comes with the power plug and the 3 pin usually? Or I have to specifically find the those with?

Also. If I have a fan that comes with 3 pin and I plug directly to sysfan port in the Mobo. I can control it in BIOS?

If I have a fan that has both 3 pin and power. Does I have to connect both for it to work? Does 3 pin provides power also?

1. The cm sickleflow I bought come with both 3 pin and molex. You can choose to plug either one.

2. If plug to mb, can control from mb via bios. Correct. But I'm not too familiar how coz I never play with them before. Just know how it is done only.

3. Don't need plug both. Just from mb alone can run liao. If mb no more ports then plug to molex connector lor. But drawback is cannot control only.
