Take out GFX
Use integrapted Graphics on Mobo

Does it auto restart

Change PSU

Does it auto restart, If change PSU and still auto restart then high chane mobo failure

Easiest way to resolve this if you don't have spare parts is to bring the computer to an sls shop ( whether repair or retail )

Frankly speaking very hard to guess which parts is faulty unless you swap out parts and test to see if symptoms occur again.

If got spare parts swap and test. This sort of symptoms mostly are either the PSU or motherboard faulty.

Specs can use speccy software to know the specs.

im not sure if those temps are accurate but your cpu and motherboard is overheating like mad!! :O if those are accurate, you need to do sth about cooling.. your ssd is also running quite hot..

So what should I do

You need to clean your whole rig, change thermal paste, make sure cable management is proper, make sure there's chassis fan help cooling the mobo vrm, check cpu fan working or not.
