Computer blue screen after 7.0.4 update

Hi guys, after the update to 7.0.4, when i attempt to sync my iphone with itunes, the computer will hang and go into bluescreen. I tried 3 times and 3 times i gotten myself a nice hang followed by blue screen of death, anyone having the same issues??

I am not affected even after the update of 7.0.4 but sync with Apple laptop.

Are you on Windows?
It could be a driver related issue.

Are you on the latest version of iTunes?
Also make sure other components of your computer is up-to-date.

Yea i am using windows... My drivers are up to date.. Itunes updated as well.. Not sure whats the issue...

probably your driver. try reinstalling itunes and your iphone device driver in your pc.

i just realised you need the phone to be plugged in to uninstall the iphone driver, which u cannot do without BSOD but if you can, after u plug in your phone, go device manager under USB should have the apple mobile device driver and you can uninstall from there.

if not, try uninstalling the apple mobile device support from programs and feature in control panel.

alright i have tried, restalling the apple iphone driver, and doesnt work as well... this is what happen, all is fine until it start syncing my songs into the iphone, and bang, it crashes.....

After i read this i tried mine n sync... mine iphone 4 updated to 7.0.4 n seems fine throughout the process, perhaps ur cable or usb port...

Previously similar situation but my laptop went to bsod when i plugged in my usb drive...

Thanks bro for all the advise, I have reinstalled itunes, followed by reinstalling iphone drivers and readding library, and finally is working.. Mod can close thread thx
