Computer boot up issues, and upgrading dilemma

Hi all,

So, the issue is... When I switch on the computer, it's more than likely that it'll not boot into Windows (10, Pro), on most cases, it's on a black screen, or the ASUS ROG screen, with the computer basically hanged. (can't get into bios, can't caps lock). The motherboard shows A2 in the boot number, which was thought to be IDE issues, or hard drive, issues, so I've bought a new SSD, and installed windows on it, using the same SATA port. But the issue persisted.
I've also re-slotted my RAMs.

So my question is, have any one got any ideas on what the issue could be? Could it be a Motherboard thing?

And my next question, if I plan to upgrade, should I get Skylake now, or wait for Kaby Lake? Seeing there might not be too much improvements.

Any help or comment will be appreciated! Computer specs in on the right I think =]

try using a different sata port first

can't see your spec but should have a marvell chipset, try using that if you are not already doing so

You can try a different SATA port and cable.

Try removing all your storage and boot up and see.
