Computer cannot start

My computer could not be switched on and it could not even boot or even reached the BIOS screen (monitor has no signal). When I opened the casing and saw that the DRAM LED was lighted. I removed my gfx, tested each ram stick in different slots, loosen mobo screws and even reseat the cpu but it still could not solve the issue. I am going to test my ram on my friend's computer. If my rams work on other computer, what else can I do? My computer specs is:

CPU: I5 - 3470

Mobo: Asus P8h77 v le

RAM: GSkill Value Ram 8gb

PSU: Seasonic G 550w

HDD: Seagate

GPU: Palit GTX 1050TI

My rams are functioning well on my friend's computer. I have also used an unused PSU (got it a few years back but did not use it) but it could not boot too. Is my mobo GG?

Your motherboard has onboard video. Take out your gfx and connect your monitor to onboard. Disconnect everything except CPU, and RAM. Boot with one RAM module. See if it boots into BIOS. If not swap the RAM module. Try reset your CMOS. Change the CMOS battery (CR2032).

Since you have swapped the PSU, if you have done all the above, then high chance it's the motherboard problem.

Your motherboard has onboard video. Take out your gfx and connect your monitor to onboard. Disconnect everything except CPU, and RAM. Boot with one RAM module. See if it boots into BIOS. If not swap the RAM module. Try reset your CMOS. Change the CMOS battery (CR2032).

Since you have swapped the PSU, if you have done all the above, then high chance it's the motherboard problem.

My guess is also CMOS battery as a possible problem. Can buy from 7-11 to troubleshoot.

I have done those steps too except the changing of CMOS battery. I will get one tml

Remove cmos battery to boot if still cannot most likely mobo gg

Some motherboards cannot boot without a good CMOS battery.
