Computer cant turn on after random auto off

As mentioned above, my comp cant turn on after auto off while im using it. Open up the side panel chassis to have a look in it. Mobo light all still light up. But when i try to turn on by clicking the power button, i noticed that the fan spin abit only then stop, but all light on the mobo still light up. What should i do and whats the caused of it?

The cpu and chassis fan both spin abit only then stop, but everything seems to be still on mode, as the mobo light still lighted.

short circuit or overheat?

How do i check for short circuit? I already open the side panel for 2 hours and place it somewhere open space to let it cool down, but still same problem, light still have, fan still spin abit and stop.

Currently i got no spare. Need to buy i guess. Or anybody in the west area mind borrow me psu? Jurong west area.

If you're confident of disassembling your computer, this is what I usually do when I encounter unable to boot/POST/fan spinning and stopping loop(also known as power cycling)

1. Unplug all the power cables
2. Remove CMOS battery
3. Remove graphic card(if applicable)
4. Remove all sticks of RAM
5. Take out CPU and reseat it (Only do this if you have thermal paste on hand, else after you take it out and put it back you wont have any thermal paste for your heatsink)

Then from there, reverse the steps and put everything back and connect your power cables and try turning it on and see if it can POST.

If still cannot, I will try booting with just the bare essentials, which means just the PSU/MOBO+CPU and removing everything else that's not needed to POST like graphic card/DVD drive/HDD/etc

This is pretty much all you can do to troubleshoot if you dont have any spare parts to replace and try. However I dont recommend you buy a new PSU yet because from what you've mentioned it might not definitely be the PSU that's faulty.

If you've tried the above methods and it still doesnt work, do post your computer's parts and if there's still anyway warranty for them.
