Hi all,

Few Questions:

1. Is it true that buying computer components (e.g Harddisk, CPU, etc) from US is cheaper?

2. With so many Intel chips in the market which is better for home use? (mainly used for trading and simple games)

3. If using those small casings (barebones), does it impact the system performance??

Depends, maybe cheaper by abit, but have no warranties. I think only SSD from Amazon are worth to buy and maybe some AMD cpus...

I3 will be good enough or G3220

It will impact the system in terms of your upgradability like Gpu clearance, HDD, SSD slots available and other stuffs like no. of PCI slots

1) you need to do your own research and conversion. Don't forget the warranty may need to send in back to the place you bought from.

2) For simple PC usage and not high end games, and i3 would be enough. Even with the onboard graphics(you don't need to buy a graphic card)

3) Small casing only impact ventilation and space. In your case, you can use a mini ITX casing. Please also get a Mini ITX Motheboard as other motherboard are too big to fit.

PS: I would recommend to buy your whole system in SG. They will even assemble for you for free. Perhaps slightly more expensive than US like 10-20 bucks? unless amazon got some special promo.
