Help! I bought a Sandisk Cruzer Glide 32gb and Sandisk Cruzer Glide 8gb, but my computer cannot recognize them! My 4gb cruzer blade is ok though...

When I plug in the Cruzer glide, my computer attempts to install the driver, then this is showed:
Device driver software was not successfully installed

I go to 'Device manager', under 'Other devices', there is 'Cruzer glide' icon with a yellow ! triangle in the corner. Click it, under device settings, showed this:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

Things i tried:
Uninstalled and replug. Same thing happen.
Stop samsung kies at startup, and uninstalled samsung kies
Both flash drive works well in the acer computer in my workplace (win XP)
Formatted the 32gb flash drive to NTFS using work computer

All these no avail!

My setup:
Samsung RF511 laptop
Windows 7 Home Premium

Help!!!!! Many thanks for computer expert to come in and provide advice!

USB host driver is corrupted hence whatever device you plug in
it will not work.
I encounter this before and the only resolution is reformat.
As I have tried many methods but failed to resolve the issue expect
reformat will helps.

Any other way that do not require reformating?

Seriously no, I have spend hours trying to find a solution.
Reinstall chipset, reinstall USB drivers but doesn't work
in the end reformat.
if you got the time you can try my method.
