Computer hang

I encountered some issue on my newly built PC. I am using Intel HD Graphics. The PC will hang and flash weird things as shown in the video. I have to force restart the PC. The PC will randomly hang even the system is at idle or playing some light games.

Not sure what went wrong or any hardware not working properly. Any kind souls can advice on this? Thank you.

Specs:
Intel Core i5-10400
Asrock H410M-HDV/M.2
2 x 16GB Kingston DDR4-2666 RAM
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB SSD
FSP Hexa 500W

gg, looks like the IGPU is faulty, insert a dedicated GPU and see if it fixes it

Maybe cable issue, but always have a dedicated gfx card even a cheap old $50 one . Using onboard gfx is not a good idea
