Computer Hanging

Anyone can help with this problem? My computer started hanging after reinstalling windows into my ssd. So I reformatted my ssd and reinstalled windows but before I could start installing windows my computer hanged again. Did the memtest86x but halfway through my computer also hanged. Thought it was a ram problem so i went to RMA my ram but after getting a replacement my computer also hanged. So i'll like some feedback on what you guys think is the problem.

Can you elaborate more? The hanging, is it a blue screen of death or black screen etc? It could be a motherboard problem or SSD problem, or even your graphics card. If you got spare parts you can troubleshoot by swapping the parts to catch the problem.

Ah it mores like the computer just freezes. Its like a screenshot pasted on the monitor. The mouse, keyboard doesn't work, but they still glow( blackwidow) and the fans in the casing are still moving.

Gigabtye 670, asrock z77 extreme 3, i5-3570k, adata ssd, Seagate 2 tb, seasonic x-650 gold. kingston 4gb ram.

Could be a bad GPU. Try using integrated graphics by taking out the GPU and try to replicate the problem. If problem is not replicable with integrated graphics, RMA the GPU.
