Computer keep restarting whenever i start a game

Let me list my specs down first.

i3-4170(newly bought)
MSI H81M-E3(newly bought)
8GB value ram
Power Color 7850
SILVERSTONE SFX 450W BRONZE

So what happen was i happen to have an old computer system so i bought a new motherboard and processor as the old motherboard pci-e slot was dmg.

The computer work fine for the first few days until recently. Whenever i start dota 2, it will instantly restart as if there wasn't enough power. I tried a few other games it restart as well, sometimes it could last a few games after 10-20 restarts, other than that it just wont work.

I removed my graphic card and used the onboard graphics and now the restart stopped. But i have another problem. Sometimes i use the computer halfway, it will just sudden blackscreen for 2-3 seconds and come back alive( didnt restart).

I do have another computer to test out the graphic to see if it is the problem but i haven't got the time to try it out yet. But i have a feeling it might be the power supply. So i'm deciding should i just bring down to pc themes and get the power supply changed and hope it work? and perhaps change the graphic card.

Any solutions do advised! Perhaps reformat the computer, change bios to default, uninstall graphic card driver and retry( i tried this btw).

Maybe cpu or gfx not mount properly, check cpu temp

U have to test each item to isolate the cause.. try with ram..

Personally I suggest u get 2nd hand DDR3 .. which is about $60 for 2x 4G.. corsair or gskill..

If you yet to reformat after changing cpu/motherboard to new ones, it is time to try reformat.

your GPU does have a minimum system power requirement of 500W...
