Computer random restart

My computer now always random restart, sometime can use for 5min, sometime can use for 1-2 hours.

had change the ram to other dimm slot but still random restart.

had bought a new ssd and format window but still random restart.
was thinking maybe to build a new pc with my old GPU 1060 Gtx. Just for basic gaming cs go or dota.

maybe a new mb, cpu, ram and Psu. Sometime use memtest to test my old ram stick half way also restart.. use prime96 to stress cpu also restart ..

Klevv 2400mhz 8GB ram
Zotac 1060 GTX 6GB
Power supply not sure, all above bought in 2017 I think.

Based on all infos you provided, the main cause seem to be your PSU. Start from PSU.

Ok will get a psu and try.. any watt that I can look into. So in any case it not PSU fault, I can use this PSU for a new system.

Given the aged of the PC could be RAM.
Have you tried memtest? As well as check if the CPU and etc. temperatures are OK?

Yes, I did try memtest but after few passes, the computer auto restart and put me in desktop.

nah, memtest fail wont auto restart. sounds more like a psu issue.

Put in a new ram stick, it restart.. now going to get a PSU.

Faulty RAM can cause restart.

random restarts with no fixed patterns are usually ram issues - can still use PC normally. PSU, Motherboard, CPU issues are usually much worse - gets stuck on bios, windows fails to start.

Glad you solve your problem in first component replacement. Insufficient ram won't cause random restart.
