Hi guys, what are some good PC speaker recommendations?
Currently I'm using EVO9 speakers and the subwoofer keeps switching off by itself and I have to restart the speaker for it to work again. Hopefully I can get some recommendations around $100-200 :D

Current Trend is get
Edifier Active 1280 Bookshelf Speakers and ditch the Subwoofers.

HWZ ppl always like to recommend swan m50s (even after 3 years when i bought my own set) but tbh i don't think it works very well as a computer speaker... yes the audio might be good but it has a lot of problems if near other computer parts. ..the set constantly picks up white noise (radio sounds etc) if the speaker wires gets too close with the other PC wires and it always drives me crazy... I can mitigate it a bit by doing some cable management but IMO a really good speaker shouldn't be having such a problem (Doesn't help that my helper likes to fk around with my wires when she clean my room and the white noise will surface again)...

Don't say mine is a faulty set as I changed it twice already and it still has the same issues... personally i will be changing to a edifier r1280DB next since it seems like the best reviewed one now but R2000DB or S350db can be considered as well if you have the budget

I have just received my R1280DB and the sound quality is really clear and superb for its price. Its no wonder why so many people recommend this speaker.

Bro, don't waste time, effort and money getting 3rd party cables, you won't hear any difference at all! If there's a supplied cable, use it and don't look back.

As for myself, due to lack of space on my desk, I've opted for an LG soundbar, good enough for my usage for games and media consumption. I'm more of a headphone man....
