Computer stutter

My computer will stutter at random times. Is this due to the psu or? I just assembled this computer a month ago?
Specs:
x4 760k
fm2 a75 e35
gskill ram 2133mhz 2x4gb
7870 sapphire
samsung 840 pro
wd blue
630w rosewill green

Funny thing is my computer will also stutter when playing some games. I think it is probably due to the slow loading of the normal mechanical hdd. If add SSD problem will be gone. Or it could be due to my old graphics card.
