Hi, I am looking at buying a 3 bedroom condo within 1.5 mil and size atleast 1200 sqft. Saw a few at Simei. The condos I saw mostly have rectangular living room so the seating area not very big to host guests. Can suggest condos which have living room big enough to accommodate 2-3 sofas?

Rectangular easier to have additional room. Why buy at simei? Simei far from everywhere.

Bukit timah got a lot of GCBs that can accommodate many many sofa

Perhaps look at older projects then new ones?
I dun think with current mkt u can get 3 bedded for 1.5m with 1200 sqft.

Depends on u, but I personally dun like the new concept where u open door, 1st thing u see is kitchen.

Try Simei Green...it has regular shaped and odd shaped layouts for 3 bedders..the odd shaped layouts quite big for living room..and definitely below 1.5m

You need to find landscape style living room, this type usually need to be at least 14xx sqft for new launch, older resale maybe u need to find in the 16xx-18xx range

Ground floor a lot of problem one. Later ppl throw rubbish down ur balcony, inserts a lot , ppl peek onto ur house easily

1.5 mil is unfortunately not much nowadays if you insist big 3 bedders. Why must stay condo? Wht not just buy 5-room hdb resale in a good location? Like $800k ish can get already.
