Condotels in Indonesia

Anyone here ever invest on Condotel (Condominium Holtes) ? especially in Indonesia?
My friend has been taking one unit at Jakarta area, but don't know yet whether its worth or not?

Who is the developer?
I have seen a number of development fails due to credit issues...
Not too sure about Condotels/ Hotels/ Condo opportunities in Jakarta. But I do know one thing, the landed houses are increasing in a crazy exponential curves...

Development by Titanium property under Aston.
My friend said the development is on finishing touch, Hotels operational by end of this October.

don't anyhow buy ah.... lots of condos being built and sold to foreigners... but when you resell, is there really a market? same problem as iskandar projects..
