Look for agencies. Don't go for freelance. They are obnoxious to the max. Had extremely bad experiences with freelance and so did many of my friends.

Go for big agencies like pem, confinement angels, star confinement to name a few.

Agreed, freelance can ghost you in the last minute, leave you hanging

Take care urself , why have kids if from 1st month u are going to offload to a caretaker

not everyone have parents or capable parents to help to take care. Count yourself lucky if you have parents or in laws who are willing to help.. .
