Connecting laptop to old TV

How do you connect a laptop to an old TV (the big CRT type with only composite yellow connector for video)?

I know this type of TV is old :s22:

The laptop only has a VGA port and has no video-out port.

What kind of equipment will be needed and roughly how much will it cost?
