Looking to upgrade my 1yr+ system as I suspect my mobo is giving me problem (mouse keep freezing intermittently but the frequency has increased rapidly), volume will go lower despite not fiddling with sound settings & speakers. Seniors pls advise on which mobo & GPU (value for money) to go for. Many thanks in advance.

My Logitech G400 keeps freezing on & off, for about 3-8 seconds and there is the disconnecting & reconnecting device sound when I have not unplugged my mouse. The frequency of the freezing rises when I am playing games like Dota 2 and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist. Have updated the driver for my mouse but the problem is persisting. Now it has gone on to affect my internet connection when the error message "USB device not recognized" pops up. I disconnect & reconnect my mouse to another USB port and the port with my LAN cable seems to be affected as well; affected in the sense that I need to reconnect my LAN cable as well.
