Why not share your results with people who voted?
That would be motivation for people to take part.
Hi, thanks for your suggestion! Although I don't necessarily have enough respondents to definitively give a conclusion on the competitive measures undertaken by small vs large console game retailers in SG, I will try my best to give a current state of the results and trends that I can obtain.
So far, based on the respondents, the following trends can be observed:
Most consumers still prefer to shop at physical retail shops, with it slightly edging out online consumers.
Similarly, most consumers can be considered "price-sensitive", that is consumers who factor in the price of the console game before making a purchase.
Probably the place where most consumers shop for console games is Qisahn. This is followed closely by TOG and the Sony digital store.
For brand awareness, most consumers have stated that Qisahn was the most recognisable retailer, even beating out TOG. This will be further examined because it indicates roughly what market share these firms occupy in the console game retail market.
Hopefully, these small trends get more people to take part in the survey! As stated previously, this is not a definitive conclusion about the console game retailing market in SG. So if you haven't done the survey, please do it if you can. Thanks everyone for your help!
