what do you mean by what reason for speeding up to cut into cyclist lane? what's so special about the slower moving cyclist cannot be overtaken by a faster vehicle?
so a cyclist coming from behind a pedestrian overtale cut into pedestrian path, the cyclist can say overtake and cutting into pedestrian path nothing wrong but car overtake cyclist is wrong? wear spandex got so special? the pedestrian can also run up to the cyclist knock his bicycle too?
