They got take BTT FTT before can ride on road?

Errant car drivers got BTT FTT pay road tax and insurance but still end up killing ppl once in a while.

The crux problem is ppl not paying attention when they are on the road. Have 10x the BTT FTT and road tax is not gonna save u or the victim if you or the other party is not paying attention and looking at the phone.
