[CONSOLIDATED] Errant Cyclists Thread

[lowveld]

Lol, the way all the vehicles moved, like never see the bicycle like that. Many drivers naturally oblivious to anything smaller than a car one. Can be bicycle or pedestrian.

It’s green light what. And everyone paid COE. Did the cyclist pay? No? Then stay off the roads lor

Grab should really educate all their partners

but seems that all these delivery companies dun care

[daveteo88]

No pity for the cyclist

Taxi didn't speed. I think the cyclist only fall down but no serious injury. Most likely stand up again and ride away.

Based on the video Grab should sack him straightaway. Then these deliveryman will think twice before breaking traffic law.

Can claim the taxi gao gao for injuries and lost of income (provided they got report earnings)

And pay income tax.

Claim damage bicycle & equipment.
Loss of income
Hospital bills
Physio therapy bills
Cab fare

Longzhong claim abt 500k+/-

cyclist do it on purpose , he already know light is red and cars are moving, so can claim insurance

It's hard not to imagine the cyclist did not have such intention.

Mod should try to read thru a consolidated thread to better understand the impact of premature consolidation on readability and context continuity.
