Because they know that they can get away with most of their monkey behaviors on the road as long as they are still alive at the end of the day.

Even if they got extremely unlucky and got seriously injured or become road kill, the driver who was involved the accident will kena even more jialat from the law.

LTA, TP, MHA and Parliament should mandate open season on reckless cyclist.

maybe with a law like, "if any motorist on the road perceive any cyclists to be a danger or menace to themselves, the driver or any other road user, they are allowed to kill, disable or maim them in any possible way as the legal road user deems fit with zero legal recourse and consequences."

fuah, i tell u, next day all the cyclists instantly vanish from the road!
