Should be the construction site debris or the bus splash water while passing the cyclist. Need to fine the construction site supervisor and ban the bus driver

what a human thrash, still can act satki. shld be humble and apologetic for wasting everybody time.

this kind just a matter of time will eventually meet tio lorry driver from jhk or uttar pradesh. become mince meat in matter of seconds
