Whenever I cycle through a landed estate, cars often have to come onto the oncoming lane to get pass parked cars. My estimation is 95% of them will try to squeeze me as they pass even though I have right of way. This cyclist probably thinks its normal.

The best way is to call town council remove all the bikes parking at void deck. No bikes no cyclists. Everyone should do their part to report errant parking of bikes to reduce the population. Report all the rental bikes that anyhow park for pedestrian safety.
