Cyclist here also (road, PCN and training for duathlon).
This type cannot be helped in society one.....just let the authorities handle, just a matter of time

Can only hope when he eventually gets into an accident, he does not implicate other road users (ie negligent driving) coz that driver is rushing but has the right of way.
You can be implicated even though you have the right of way, been there done there as a driver for so many years.

Fine is one thing but jail term is another.

Insurance matters aside..... (can only self claim yourself)

Yep, such riding i have seen many times before (just last night 2 instances). Accidents also, be it PCN or road.
All the antics more similar than different one lah.
