Pay it forward. The boy will learn that slapping a stranger is an acceptable social norm and will proceed to slap his parents for not giving him money to upgrade his bike.

This is not assault. This is free education for the boy for he rode on the wrong side. The boy's parents should have taught him to ride correctly

Yeah... boy was looking down all the way... the man already stopped.... if small kid there, the boy also high chance hit the kid.
