sure cannot claim the cyclist.
and ownself injured & will be hospitalized.

I think the cyclist can claim against the motorcyclist? Unless for some reason it’s ruled 100% cyclist fault which I think never occurs cos “failure to keep proper look out” applies

Think ebiker on the road more entitled. Bicycle not so much, as ordinary cyclist are way less powerful and thus more vulnerable (the spandex wearing one asides). Those ebike that can go on the road one, many tend ride like they are king of the road.

Pedestrians running across traffic lights, running through zebra crossing.

Cyclists, PMD/PMA or whatever they are called = dangerous.
